Dry weather forecast brings plans for increased activity next week on Stony Point Road – Jan. 29

posted in: Construction Updates | 0

Work will resume on the west side of Stony Point Road from Gardner Ave to Sebastopol Road next week, including removal of existing curb and gutter for reinstallation at a higher elevation to provide both improved drainage of the road way and standard cover over the existing water main.

All residents will have access to their driveways except for the time that work is underway directly in front of the driveway. If a crew is working at your location and you need to use your driveway (in or out), let them know that you need access and allow a bit of time for them to accommodate you. Follow traffic control signage and construction flaggers. Work activity is weather permitting.

Advance Notice of PG&E Work: Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) will be working in the intersection at Sebastopol Road and Stony Point Road this Saturday night January 27th, from 9PM until approximately 1AM. This work is to complete scheduled Gas main maintenance. The intersection light signal will be in red flash mode in each direction and traffic will be controlled by flaggers in all directions. Expect delays. Choose alternative routes if possible. This activity is unrelated to the road improvement project.
